Porto Santo Airport New Terminal

Porto Santo airport will have a new sustainable terminal, designed in harmony with its surroundings.

ANA | VINCI Airports presented on June 24 the project for the Terminal of Porto Santo Airport, designed to double the capacity of the Terminal, benefiting Tourism, and meeting the challenges of the Region and also contributing to achieve the certification of net zero emissions by 2030.

At the event, which was attended by Nicolas Notebaert, CEO of VINCI Concessions and Chairman of VINCI Airports it was highlighted that the project includes sustainable construction strategies, from solar protection and natural ventilation to water reuse and choice of environmentally sustainable materials.

Porto Santo is a destination where the conservation of natural values coexists in harmony with people, and its new airport will be a milestone of sustainability towards positive mobility.
