SERVICE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN 2023

This investment, which involves a transversal intervention to obtain a better result, is aimed at the renovation of various areas of Terminal 1 of the Humberto Delgado Airport, with very positive effects on the quality of service, and takes place on various floors of Terminal 1, with special focus on the sanitary facilities - these have always been critical areas.
The renovation is materialized through the intervention/replacement of roofs, ceilings, window, and floor frames, as well as the implementation of air conditioning equipment, with a view to improving comfort and the quality of the passenger experience. Given the diversity of the interventions of this investment, and the extent of the works to be carried out, this is, simultaneously, an opportunity to correct some previously identified constructive pathologies, which will contribute to the improvement of the conditions of our infrastructure.
